How to Use

👋 Welcome to Flowith!
Think of Flowith like a super-organised digital notebook. Create projects, organise them into branches and sub-branches, and write detailed notes with checklists, deadlines and priorities — all in one place.
Flowith uses a 3-level hierarchy to organise everything. Think of it like a school notebook:
A Project is your top-level container. It could be a business goal, a client account, a school assignment, or a personal project.
- 1Click Manage Structure in the sidebar.
- 2Under 📁 Projects, type a name like My Website and click Add.
- 3A default "General" branch is created automatically so you can start immediately.
Branches divide your project. Examples: Design Development Marketing Finance
- 1Go to Manage Structure → 🌿 Branches.
- 2Select your Project, type the branch name, click Add.
- 3A default "General" sub-branch is automatically created inside.
A Common/Global Sub-Branch appears inside every branch of a project. Perfect for cross-cutting topics like Meeting Notes or Action Items.
- 1Go to Manage Structure → 🔖 Sub-Branches. Select the Project.
- 2Type a name, tick "Apply to all branches (Global)", click Add.
- 3It appears in every branch marked with [G].
Use Specific sub-branches for topics unique to one area. Example: Wireframes only in Design.
- 1Go to Manage Structure → 🔖 Sub-Branches.
- 2Select both Project and specific Branch.
- 3Type name, make sure Global checkbox is NOT ticked, click Add.
- 1Click Notes → + New Note (top right).
- 2Select Project, Branch, Sub-Branch.
- 3Write a clear Heading and detailed Body. Word count updates live.
- 4Set Priority (High/Medium/Low) and Status (To Do/In Progress/Done).
- 5Set Target Date — Deadline auto-fills to the latest date. Edit if needed.
- 6Add Checklist items — press Enter to add more quickly.
- 7Press Ctrl+S to save. Esc to cancel.
🔍 Search: Instant full-text search across heading, body, project, branch.
🔽 Filters: Project → Branch → Sub-Branch → Priority → Status. Cascading filters.
↕️ Sort: Latest Updated, By Deadline, By Priority, A–Z.
🏠 Dashboard shortcut: Click any project to jump to Notes filtered for it.
📥 Export: HTML (for AI tools) or CSV (for Excel/Sheets).
